The Front and the Entrance
The photograph of the stairs leading up to the library is a "vertical panorama" (is there a
better way of saying that?) taken with the Canon
camera and processed with their software. As can be seen, the picture goes from the floor mosaics all the way up to the ceiling. I'm
not entirely happy with that particular bit of "stitching" and unfortunately I've lost the original images so it's too late to retry.
For the wide-angled shot of the front entrance I stitched the four photographs together
using "Panorama Factory" from Smoky City Design. I'm very pleased with the result as all that elaborate architecture
does NOT lend itself to stitching.
